Fruit Dip Cakes
Equal amounts of strawberry yogurt and Cool Whip, plus 2 cups of your favorite fruit. Mix it up and pour it over shortackes.
Onion Roasted Potatoes1 envelope of Lipton Soup Mix4 medium potatoes cut into large chunks1/3 cup Olive OilPreheat oven to 425, combine ingredients in a 13x9 inch baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occassionally, for 35 minutes or desired brown-ness.
Sweet & Sour Chicken
about 1/3 cup each of red pepper, green pepper, red onion, and pineapple tidbits. 1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Sautee veggies in butter for 2 min, add pineapple and all the pineapple juice from the can, then the soy sauce, sugar, and half the OJ. Cook for 2 min, then add the rest of the OJ and corn starch until smooth. Cook until it thickens, then pour it on cooked chicken. Awesome with rice.
Pork Tenderloin w/Mushroom Sauce
2 lb pork tenderloin
1 pkg pork seasoning and cooking bag
1 pkg mushroom gravy mix
8 oz mushroom slices
Cook pork per suggestions on pkg. In a separate pan, sautee mushrooms in butter. When the pork is done, add juice and gravy mix pkg to sauteed mushrooms and pour over sliced pork.
