Cooking For Guys Who Can't, Tommie's Vacation Edition

Man, you missed a spread!

Raspberry Chicken Salad

Marinate chicken breast in Ken's Steak House Vinaigrette Dressing for 24 hours. Cook til 165 degrees inside. Place over bed of iceberg and romaine lettuce with fresh raspberries and grapes.

Pepper Steak

ingredients:-2lbs thinly sliced chuck steak- one red pepper- one small onion-one box success rice- one can Swanson beef broth

Dust thinly sliced meat with flour and salt and pepper. Brown in large pan 2-3 minutes. slice and toss peppers and onion. Cook 2 additional minutes til meat is tender. Place over bed of prepared rice and serve.

Shredded Beef Burrito

Ingredients- 2-3 lbs. chuck steak- one can Swanson beef broth- two packages taco seasoning- soft taco or enchilada shells- one container enchilada sauce

Combine steak, broth and one package of taco seasoning in crock pot. Cook for 6-8 hours. When done, add 1cup of water and other taco seasoning package. Place in shell(s), roll up, and drizzle with enchilada sauce.

Chocolate covered Cherries

There had better be a repeat performance of these after I come back - T

Microwave Bakers Secret chocolate for 30 seconds. Dip seedless cherries with stems in into chocolate. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until chocolate hardens.
