Cooking For Guys Who Can't Cook

Pat made quite a spread for a guy getting ready to head off to vacation.

There were quesedias with beef, mushrooms, and cheddar...and some Southwestern Style ones with pepper jack, jalapenos, peppers, and beef.
How to make it? Olive oil, pan, flour tortillas, ingredients, repeat.

Corn Chowder:

2 11oz cans of Green Giant Mexicorn, 3 diced potatoes, 1 cup diced celery, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/2 cup diced carrots, 1 tbsp butter, 1 small can of chicken stock (Pat recommends Swanson), 2 cups heavy whipping cream, salt & pepper to taste. Roux as needed for equal amounts. Cook veggies in butter 2-3 min and rest of ingredients. Thicken slowly with roux.

For the Beef Stew...Pat recommneds (as does Tommie)...picking up one of these Beef Stew Kits. Guys, if you can turn on the crock pot, you can make this. EVERYTHING is in it but the water.
