Chef Pat's other Holiday Recipes

SoCo Ice Cream Drink
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp cool whip
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
blend well, enjoy
Pat's Stuffing
1 can cream celery soup
half a stick of butter
half a cup of diced onion
half a cup of diced celery
1 tsp poultry seasoning
8 slices of white bread, cubed
Melt butter, add inion & celery, cook until tender. Add poultry seasoning and soup.
Put bread in a bowl, top with soup mixture. Stir well.
Place in a buttered 9x9 pan, bake at 350 for a half-hour or until the top is golden brown.
