WEATHERFORD, Texas (AP) -- Some people in Weatherford got billion-dollar scares this week after they opened their electric bills. One resident's bill said he owed more than $24 billion. Pam Pearson, of Weatherford Electric, said a printing company made a mistake and nearly 1,400 customers received erroneous late notices.
