Pat's cookin' up big happy plates of Summer!
Ribeyes for breakfast? MAN we love it when Pat visits! Here's his recipe for this:
Pat recommends 4 to 6 minutes per side over hot coals, and in honor of the WAOR 95 Days Of Summer Weber Grill Giveaways, he used the Weber Steak Seasoning.
Also, each of our winners for the WAOR 95 Days Of Summer (brought to you by Martin's, Budweiser, and Eckrich)...wins a case of 72 Eckrich Sausage Links. So, Pat did some of those up on the grill as well.
For a side, Pat whipped up some Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Tommie's favorite kind...they were even a little lumpy, like he loves 'em...). Boil cut and peeled potatoes, smash 2 garlic cloves with a garlic press, add 3 tbs of butter and 3/4 cup of milk...blend it all together. He also recommends Spice World preminced garlic if youd rather go that route.
