Cooking For Guys Who Can't Cook: The Return

Welcome back, Pat! And thanks for today's incredible selections simple enough for us guys who are Kitchen-Challenged. We begin with...
Grilled Turkey Wings: Grill the wings as if they were chicken wings. Slap on BBQ sauce when you flip 'em & dip 'em. You can also fry them, if you prefer, and coat them with your favorite sauce.
Sweet & Sour Meatballs: you need 1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 1.5 lbs of ground beef, 1/2 lbs of ground pork, 1 egg, salt & pepper.
Mix all the ingredients well, roll into balls, place on cookie sheet, cook uncovered at 350 for 20 minute, remove and pour on the sauce. Then cook it another 10 minutes, covered.
The Sauce? You need a can of chicken broth, 2 tbsp of cider vinegar, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, 1/2 cup OJ, and 1/2 cup of pineapple. Cook it to a boil, and slurry of corn starch to thicken it.
What's slurry of corn starch? Glad you asked. It's 2 tbsp of corn starch with just enough chicken broth to make a paste.
Creamy Scalloped Potatoes: 2 lbs potatoes, 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp flour, salt & pepper, 2.5 cups of milk, 1 small onion, 3 cups of chopped ham.
Melt the butter and flour together, add milk and onion, cook until it's thick. Pour it over sliced potatoes and chopped ham. Cover, cook for 30 minutes then cook it for 10 minutes uncovered.
