Hoosier Lotto has winner after more than year The winning ticket for the Hoosier Lotto's record jackpot of more than 54 million dollars was sold at a Mobil gas station in East Chicago. It was the only ticket sold for yesterday's game that matched all six numbers drawn. Lottery spokesman Andrew Reed says no winner has come forward so far.
