Roc's Fit Club

Tommie & Craig continue to work on healthy recipes with Chef Pat, and today it's Grilled Chicken with Rice & Veggies.

You'll need Skinless Chicken marinated in lite Italian Dressing for 24 hours. Cook it on an indoor grill until it's 165 degrees inside.

Steam your favorite veggies in a pan in 4 tbsp of water, cover for 5 minutes.

The rice: make 2 cups of rice with 4 cups of chicken stock, and a quarter cup of diced onion, celery, and carrots. Mix it well, cover with foil, and cook for 30 minutes.
