Today we kicked things off with: Pesto Penne Pasta...
1 tbsp pre-made Pesto
8 oz Penne Pasta
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp garlic
chopped peppers, onions, mushrooms, whatever vegetables you like
Cook pasta
Sautee the vegetables in butter
Add garlic
Cook veggies for 2-3 minutes
Add pesto sauce
Toss with cooked pasta
