City Street Department supervisor Mike Shane says the viaduct on Oakland Ave. at Indiana Ave is temporarily closed... as is the viaduct near Central H.S. ( Richmond between Division and Middlebury)... Trever Wendzonka (Elk. Co. PD) says parts of CR 13, 38, and 44 are barricaded because of high water.
