It was Peter who had the idea.

Challenge his favorite morning show (thankfully it was US) to participate in Michiana Bike To Work Week. Donate $75 to their favorite charity for each day they ride. make sure they have the best gear possible to make it not just a one-week thing...but something they'll continue to do. And ride in with them to encourtage them and educate them on the finer points of riding.

And then he ended up injured in an unfortunate accident the day before the event began, and broke his neck.

Still, every day that we rode, someone from Spin Zone was riding with us. Everyone at Spin Zone (on Bittersweet in Granger) was great, and a big thanks to my friend Gerry Gardetto for spending some time riding with us as well.

Craig and I raised $300 for Riley Hospital For Children, thanks to the Colans. And we haven't had this much fun riding since childhood...
