Ozzy Osbourne has scored his best charting album ever with his new disc, Black Rain. It debuts at number-three on the Billboard chart with 152-thousand copies sold last week. That's about one-thousand less than the debut of 2001's Down to Earth, which bowed at number-four. Almost a quarter of sales for Black Rain came from digital retailers, which offered early access to free Ozzfest tickets with pre-orders for the album.
