Cooking For Guys Who Can't

Chef Pat is a little all-over-the-board with his selections today, there's a little something for everyone:
Grilled Chicken Brochette:

Toss these over 8 oz of hot linguini pasta: 2 chopped Medium Tomatoes, 1/2 chopped purple onion, 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, salt/pepper to taste, 1/4 cup of parm. cheese. For the chicken: marinade it overnight in Zesty Italian Dressing or use Tomato & Herb Pre-Marinade.

Crock Pot Chili:

28 oz Dei Fratelli Italian Tomatoes, 18 oz Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce, 32 oz Bush Mild Chili Beans, 14 oz Swanson Beef Broth, Carrol Shelby's Chili Kit (to make it as hot as you like), and 2 lb. of ground beef. Brown the beef, combine it with everything else, put it in the crock pot. Add shredded cheese and scallions if you like.

Breakfast Burritos:

Sautee your favorite veggies, wisk 4 eggs with a tablespoon of milk, cook until it's all done. Fold in a warm Azteca Soft Taco Shell. You can even make these the night before, and microwave them later.
