Rib Judges

A BIG thanks to the gang at Goodwill, on Western in South Bend. They invited me to be one of their judges for a Rib Throw-Down last Friday, which the other two judges and I took VERY seriously. It's actually a pretty tough job, so many factors to consider. Texture, ease-of-eating, flavor, etc. Not a gig for the faint of heart. Literally.

And congrats to Deb. Whom we selected as the winner. After eating a huge pile of them between us...
