The Irish had another crummy day. But the word has a new meaning now, thanks to LB Maurice Crum.
He ended up being UCLA Quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson's favorite reciever in the second half, and his picks turned into points as the Irish shocked the high-scoring Bruins 20-6 at the Rose Bowl.
Their Freshman Backup QB was directly responsible for the 2 TDs that gave Our Irish the lead. Our Freshman Starting QB snuck in a TD himself with Sully plowing the road for him from half a yard out.
FINALLY!
In other news, Next Year isn't this year. The D-Backs finished the sweep of the Cubbies tonight.
