My head showed up at Country Cafe in Niles Thursday Morning. Vici the manager took it out to take this picture, by her sign, and then went back in to get her husband to take her picture with it. And that's all the time it took for someone to re-snatch it.

Whoever you are...return it and there won't be any criminal charges for vandalism of our sign.
