Cystic Fibrosis Benefit
Our thanks to Kyle, his Mom J.R., and Michelle who is coordinating the event this weekend for joining us in the studio this morning.
Kyle is a CF patient right here in Michiana, afflicted with a chronic disease that affects the lungs and pancreas. He's had multiple surgeries, has benefitted greatly from treatments at Riley Hospital, and needs your help to have a good quality of life.
Obviously, an affliction such as this hits the family in the heart AND the wallet. So you have two options to help out.
1) Go to any MFB Bank branch, and make a donation to the fund Kash For Kyle (you can also deliver them to Raymond James & Associates, 4100 Edison Lakes Parkway Suite 210, Mishawaka IN 46545...payable also to Kash For Kyle).
2) Show up at the Poker Run Fundraising Event this Saturday at Jovi's Lounge (1905 Miami St, South Bend...the corner of Miami and Calvert). Registration starts at 10am. First bike heads out at Noon. Last bike returns at 4p. Dinner and live entertainment from four bands including Work In Progress start at 5p. The entrance fee is $15 each or $25 per couple, and there will be a raffle, cash prizes, and more.
Help support Kyle and his family. This kind of thing can happen to anyone.
