When Is A Festival Not Worth Attending?

...when you have a five-month payment plan for tickets. Are they kidding?

The eighth annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival will return to Manchester, Tennessee June 11th through the 14th. Early-bird tickets will go on sale tomorrow through the Bonnaroo website and will be available through December 31st. The festival's promoters have also announced that due to the economic downturn, they're allowing fans who buy tickets in December to use a five-month payment plan. The announcement of the lineup is expected in late winter.
